OUR RESEARCH TEAM

To complement our experience in recruitment and selection, our research team has 18 years experience in executive research, assessment and market intelligence.

With five full-time employees, four part-time freelance staff, and an associate assessment specialist, each member of the team has been trained in executive research and/or candidate assessment. We don’t rely on a candidate database.

Our researchers are generalist delivering successfully across functions,  geographies and multiple industries including pharmaceuticals, drinks, healthcare, distribution/logistics, construction, engineering, manufacturing and more…. Since 2002, research projects in over 70 countries worldwide have been completed.

There are two fluent French speakers on the team, one of whom lives for part of the year in Paris and one who lived for many years in Brussels.
As an indicator of “market diversity”, past projects undertaken in Sweden have been in the Construction/Civil Engineering sector for a truly global player in Geosynthetics
In the Wine Industry for Fosters EMEA ( now Treasury Wine Estates ) a large project was successfully completed to recruit the marketing teams in Norway, Finland and Sweden.
For the Finnish state owned Altia Corporation past projects included Managing Director, Denmark for a subsidiary. Product and Brand Managers a Commercial Director for Swedish subsidiaries.
Currently we are working on projects in South West and South East Europe for another global company in the Civil Engineering sector.
